Is there a deposit required for services?
Yes! There is a 50% deposit REQUIRED within 3 days from the time an inquiry has been accepted to secure your order.
Are deposits refundable?
Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable.
Can I place a custom order for a special event or celebration, and how far in advance should I do so?
Absolutely! We love helping our customers celebrate their special moments. We ask that you reach out 2 WEEKS in advance to avoid any rush fees.
*** Please note that rush fees are at our discretion, and we do not have a set amount.
Where is the pick-up location and do you offer delivery?
Our pick-up location is in East Flatbush, we will send out the exact location 24 hours prior to your pickup.
Delivery options are currently only available in Brooklyn and Queens. Pricing for delivery is based on distance.
